DEFACTO at the Advanced Battery Power 2022

On March 29-30, 2022, the Advanced Battery Power counted on the presence of the DEFACTO project in Münster (Germany).

There, our colleague Martin Lautenschlaeger from German Aerospace Center (DLR) presented a poster in the framework of Understanding Electrolyte Filling of Lithium-Ion Battery Electrodes on the Pore Scale which was about our progress comparing Lattice Boltzmann simulations against Pore Network Modelling for optimizing the filling process and the battery performance.

The event was held face-to-face and included a big conference as well as discussions, personal meetings, lectures and scientific posters.  The Advanced Battery Power Conference offered an excellent platform for companies, research institutes, universities and individuals to present their work and results in the field of battery technology.
